789laro is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before allowing continued gameplay. 789laro accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification. 789laro's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 789laro account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
789laro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or commercial decision. Upon termination, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds (i.e., funds not subject to forfeiture under these Terms ) will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to KYC verification.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 789laro customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure, after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture, will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures may also apply. 789laro will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or inquiry conducted by PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
789laro reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 789laro will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 789laro Platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
